Responsibilities

• Design interactions across several mediums: web, mobile and email
• Develop pixel perfect Photoshop comps
• Rapid protoype in Photoshop or other tool of choice
• Contribute ideas to improve existing products
• Design HTML email templates
• Create eye catching ad designs for e.g google and facebook advertising
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to complete projects
• Create and advance site-wide style guides
• Design print products

Requirements

• Must be a self-motivated independent worker and higly detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Great design communication skills; able to elaborate on the story of the design from end to end
• Proven experience designing for the modern, highly interactive web
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, agile development environments

   

Bonus Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and the technologies that you’re designing for
• Experience with e-commerce and local business
• Code HTML layouts for emails
• (Experience in optimizing for mobile display)
