Your Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of technological development to achieve business goals

Establish, lead and oversee all relevant processes to achieve the company’s vision and strategy

Deliver innovative improvements and solution in a timely manner

Manage interactions with designer and supervise implementation

Identification, testing and fixing of all performance issues

Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies

Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your market developments

Your Qualifications

Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JS/AJAX techniques and JavaScript

Nice to have: You can develop a server-side language (Ruby, PHP, Pyton, etc.)

Experienced in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)

Ability in determining the right path when faced with ambiguous situations

You have worked at all levels of the technology stack

You are attracted to challenges with a "can-do" and "hands on" attitude

You are fluent in English or German
